I want to use WordPress for my site. Will you set it up for me?

YES!

We love WordPress and will gladly install the latest version for you and help you to get your site up and running.

I cannot connect to my site, emails, FTP or anything. HELP!

This can be caused for two reasons.

1. Our server is having a problem, in which case, please let us know and we will tackle the issue straight away. [Please note: if for some reason you cannot access your site, try and stay calm and let us know immediately. Displays of anger, threats of finding another hosting company and so on, really do not help. Every single hosting company in the world has downtimes - even if they say they do not. We have a solid uptime record and this is generally 99%+]. If it is any consolation, on those minor instances when we do have server downtimes, our sites are affected in just the same way as yours. We Do know what it feels like and treat downtimes very seriously].

2. Your own IP address has locked you out of the server. This happens when you may forget your password and then you incorrectly enter the wrong passwords three times or more. In this instance, let us know and we can check your IP address is not being blacklisted.

I would like to change my theme but don't know how. Can you help me?

Yes, we can help. All you need to do is let us know what theme you would like to use and we can install it for you. if you are not sure where to look for new themes, just type 'WordPress themes' into Goggle and you will have plenty to choose from.
